You should also be able to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team, have good numeracy and literacy skills and a sense of humour.
Thriving under pressure is key as you will be meeting stringent deadlines.

There is potential for growth into a sales role and you must be passionate about business development and providing great customer service.


We are looking for a Customer Relations & Sales Support Specialist to join our team. You will be providing support to the sales team, liaising with customers, building relationships and maintaining quality service as well as resolving queries and ensuring client accounts are kept up to date.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales, customer service and credit control best practices. You should also be goal-oriented and able to accurately maintain Excel spread sheets. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.



  • Copy chasing
  • Advert liaison – copy and content chasing
  • Managing customer payments, debt collection and credit control
  • Order processing and updating and checking records
  • Building client relations
  • Administering promotional material and campaigns
  • Maintaining subscriptions and website domain renewals
  • Updating sales boards
  • Liaising with different departments at all levels
  • Checking off adverts on deadline day
  • Administering a referral scheme
  • Handling distribution queries
  • Taking minutes
  • Have a creative eye
  • Any other duties required
